Personal Training at Fitness 365 in Alphen aan den Rijn

I am back where it all started 10 years ago at #Fitness365. My collaboration at this time is however a little different from what it was back then. I started there as a physiotherapist, but as my development and skills have evolved and my company has built up, I am now doing more inside the world of personal fitness development, medical trainings and the performance aspect of athletes.
